Jack, He is a decent player though. But what he did is somewhat the mentality of many Cebuano and filipino players. A lot of players dont have any true club feeling. They just switch teams when they like. And not to say that the Philippines lack decent transfer rules. For example in Norway, this wouldnt happen unless the player have permition of filed a transfer to a new team. Philippines still have a lot of catching up. And youre right, in Hiroshi they got the chance to go to Japan and work. I dont know what the deal is with FCIC, but im guessing they get paid there as well.

Mike, Iam even surprised the Homeboys managed to get him. If you know Rocky and how his mind works I am not surprised if you will will find him with another team in the next tournament. When he played for me several years back in SWU he disappeared in our championship encounter with USJ-R. Without him up front we lost the title. I knew later that he went to Manila to play for thr Army. I have not forgiven him yet for that. The all of a sudden also two years ago he left the Army and joined Hiroshi. What a foolish decision. Now without Hiroshi, he has not job and I do not know how he feeds his family.

Did Rocky Garciano switch team to Homeboys, or was it only guest appearance? He has been with Hiroshi the last years and i thought he went along with the rest of the Hiroshi players to Manfreds club.
